Just to let you know that yesterday my chiropractor advised me that, after 9 years of monthly appointments, I should now attend at 3 monthly intervals. 

This is directly because of the improvement in the function of my lower back muscles. These were badly strained nearly 56 years ago. Due to the general T’ai Chi exercises and your particular relaxation techniques, I am in a lot less pain and can move more freely.
