Tai Chi classes have opened again in Sunderland at a new venue. Qigong is both live in person in Newcastle, and also on ZOOM too.

  2. WEDNESDAYS 10 – 11.30AM. THIS CLASS IS ON ZOOM. Send me your email to receive the invitation to the class. If you can’t make the class live, I can record it so you can do in your own time at home.
