PREVIOUS RETREAT HOLIDAYS
TWO RETREATS BASED IN THE UMBRIAN COUNTRYSIDE FOR 2018

Following last years successful retreat, we have decided to put on two further courses, 11 – 16th May, the other we are hoping will be 3rd – 8th September 2018 – this latter date this will be confirmed soon. Both will offer the participants the chance to enjoy and savour the delights (and flavours) of the peaceful Umbrian countryside, whilst simultaneously participating in the gentle and rejuvenating practises of Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation. Please note this course does not include Yoga this time.

Book some time away for yourself in the peace and quiet of rural Umbria.
Enjoy great food. Great company. Participate in gentle restorative Tai Chi, Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation in an ideal setting. Visit some beautiful nearby towns and villages. Be nourished and nurtured by great local cuisine.

A Tai Chi Qigong / Yoga Holiday in Umbria, Italy 2017.

.
My partner Karen who teaches Yoga (has a background training both in Shiatsu and Acupuncture) and I are teaching a course/holiday at my sister’s house in Italy in September. This one’s a combination of Yoga/Tai Chi Qigong.
We did it before in 2012, it was great fun, and got feedback like this: ‘I enjoyed having a taster of all new disciplines – well organised and informative classes’ ‘Not feeling competitive’ ‘Fun – felt everything was allowed’ ‘Enjoyed learning new skills & relaxing in a peaceful location’ There are likely to be participants with a variety of experience, from absolute beginner upwards…so we bring what we bring. As anyone working with energy exercises knows, what we learn at the beginning forms the foundation of everything. Learning is cyclical, or maybe a spiral..!TAI CHI CHUAN
